A stronger first introduction.
Verification gives people more context before they choose to work together. It never replaces their own judgement or a clear agreement.
The WorkNG approach
Good work starts with knowing what to expect.
Identity information
Workers may be asked to provide identity details so the person behind a profile can be checked. Sensitive documents should be handled privately, not published on a profile.
Skills and experience
Profiles can describe a worker’s trades, past work and service areas. Additional evidence or credentials may be requested for certain types of work.
What a badge means
A verification marker indicates that specified checks were completed; it is not a guarantee of workmanship, licensing, insurance or future conduct. The checks behind each marker should be made clear when verification goes live.
Prototype notice
The worker profiles and verification labels currently shown in this MVP are illustrative. They are not records of completed real-world checks.
